本文报道硝苯吡啶对实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔血小板形态和聚集功能的影响。血小板聚集比率在正常饮食组为0.194±0.028,高脂对照组为0.472±0.027,硝苯吡啶组为0.217±0.012。扫描和透射电镜观察,血小板超擞结构在高脂刺激下呈现伪足、突起,颗粒明显减少,管道系统开放;硝苯吡啶能明显抑制之。结果提示硝苯吡啶抗血小板作用机制可能与抑制血小板 Ca~(2+)内流,降低胞浆内 Ca~(2+)浓度和血浆 LPO 水平有关。
This article reports the effects of nifedipine on platelet morphology and aggregation in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits. The rate of platelet aggregation was 0.194 ± 0.028 in the normal diet group, 0.472 ± 0.027 in the high fat control group and 0.217 ± 0.012 in the nifedipine group. Scanning and transmission electron microscopy showed that the platelet hyper-擞 structure showed pseudopodia under the stimulation of hyperlipidemia, the protrusions and granules were significantly reduced, and the tube system was opened. Nifedipine could be significantly inhibited. The results suggest that the anti-platelet effect of nifedipine may be related to inhibition of platelet Ca 2+ influx, decrease of intracellular Ca 2+ concentration and plasma LPO level.
