文章采用自然过滤法研究高吸水性淀粉吸水倍率的测定条件,考察了样品颗粒大小、网筛孔径、水用量、吸水时间、滤水时间、吸液种类、温度及pH值等对高吸水性淀粉吸水倍率测定结果的影响。实验结果表明:高吸水性淀粉吸水倍率最佳测定条件为:颗粒大小为120~150目,滤网孔径为100目,去离子水用量与高吸水性淀粉质量比为1 200:1,吸水时间为40 min,滤水时间为60 min,吸液pH=7。在该条件下测定的吸水倍率能反映高吸水性淀粉的真实吸水倍率;吸液温度对测定结果几乎无影响;氯化钠溶液显著降低了高吸水性淀粉的吸水倍率,浓度越高则吸水倍率降低越多。
