第一,幼儿园教师要增强自主阅读的意识,培养阅读习惯。幼儿园教师需要针对自己的年龄、教龄、职称的情况,自觉地关注自身的阅读情况,加强自身的阅读行为,而不能仅仅停留在思想观念上。特别是在获得高级职称以后,幼儿园教师应为自己的阅读确定新的目标,做好阅读时间的规划,并坚持阅读,形成好的习惯。
First, kindergarten teachers should enhance the awareness of independent reading and develop reading habits. Kindergarten teachers need for their own age, teaching age, titles of the situation, consciously concerned about their own reading, and strengthen their reading behavior, not just stay in the ideas and concepts. Especially after obtaining senior professional titles, kindergarten teachers should set new goals for their own reading, do a good job of reading time planning, and insist on reading to form a good habit.
