体液内药物浓度的测定,随着临床药理学及临床药学的发展,日益受到重视。对一些药效高、剂量小的药物,尤其要求灵敏、专一的方法。近十年来,在正离子质谱的基础上发展的负离子型质谱,能使GC-MS-SIM 技术的灵敏度提高至fg(10~(-15)g),对那些因灵敏度和选择性受限制而不能用其他方法测定的体内药物和其他对象,只要其本身或通过衍生化后具有高电子亲合势者,可选用此法,能获得灵敏、专一的成份定量及结构分析信息。
