聚焦课堂教学改进、教师品质提升、年轻班主任培养和职高双师型教师培育,是新时期教育科学研究的重要命题。本文选取的县域内“主题式磨课”“案例教学”“项目修炼”和“管道式合作”四个省级课题,有机地结合并引领校本培训和校本教研工作,赋予中小学校本研修以新的内涵。校本研修是中小学教师发展重要途径,他们的实践,有效地培育了众多骨干团队,促进了教师的专业发展。
Focus on improving classroom teaching, improving the quality of teachers, young teacher training and vocational training of double-qualified teachers, is an important proposition of education in the new era of scientific research.
