香港“共创成长路”计划的第一层培育活动,获得田家炳基金会资助,做出微调后,在华东地区的四所中学推行。计划采用了准实验设计(Quasiexperimental design),将参与学校分为实验组和控制组。结果显示,实验组学校和控制组学校的前测数据基本相同。从后测数据所见,相对于控制组的学生,实验组的学生发展得较为良好。另外,经“共变量分析法”(ANCOVA)的反复比较显示,两组的成效相当。研究结果也显示,大部分参加者均对计划及导师有良好的印象,其中有96.3%的参加者认为计划对他们有所帮助。这次研究初步印证了经调整的“共创成长路”计划在中国内地的成效。
In Hong Kong, the first layer of nurturing activities for the “Path to Success” program was funded by the Tian Jia-Bing Foundation and was implemented in four secondary schools in East China. The program uses a Quasiexperimental design, dividing the participating schools into experimental and control groups. The results show that experimental school and control group school pre-test data are basically the same. From the post-test data show that, compared with the control group of students, the experimental group of students developed relatively well. In addition, repeated comparisons by ANCOVA showed that the two groups achieved similar results. The study also showed that most of the participants had a good impression of the program and mentor, and 96.3% of the participants thought the program was helpful to them. This study initially confirms the effectiveness of the adjusted “Create a Growth Path” project in mainland China.
