异恶噻酰胺为一种新的长效非甾体抗炎药物,国外已应用,国内未见临床报导。于1985年5月由重庆医药工业研究所提供我院临床使用共21例,疗效良好,报告如下。 材 料 与 方 法 病例选择 本组21例中门诊10例,住院病人11例。男性8例,女性13例。年龄21～75岁(平均43.1岁)。类风湿关节炎10例(急性7例,慢性3例);急性风湿性关节炎10例,多发性大动脉炎伴多关节痛1例。
Isothiamide is a new long-acting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, has been applied abroad, no domestic clinical reports. In May 1985 by the Chongqing Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry to provide our hospital a total of 21 cases of clinical use, good effect, the report is as follows. Materials and Methods Case Selection The group of 21 cases outpatient clinics in 10 cases, 11 cases of hospitalized patients. 8 males and 13 females. Age 21 to 75 years (mean 43.1 years old). 10 cases of rheumatoid arthritis (acute 7 cases, chronic 3 cases); acute rheumatoid arthritis in 10 cases, multiple arteritis with polyarticular pain in 1 case.
