干姜醇提物经化学分离得姜酚和挥发油两种成分。姜酚可致豚鼠离体回肠明显收缩,并呈一定量效关系。10-5mol/L东莨菪碱、异丙嗪可抑制此效应。103g/ml的干姜挥发油能非竞争性桔抗乙酰胆碱、组织胺致豚鼠离休回肠收缩的八九级学生化学教研室效应。提示干姜醇提物的药理效应可能与胆碱能受体及组胺受体有关。
The ginger alcohol extracts were chemically separated into two components: gingerol and volatile oil. Gingerol can cause significant contraction of isolated ileum in guinea pigs and shows a certain dose-effect relationship. 10-5 mol/L scopolamine and promethazine can inhibit this effect. 103g/ml dried ginger volatile oil can be non-competitive orange anti-acetylcholine, histamine-induced guinea pig retired ileum contraction eighty-nine students chemistry teaching room effect. It is suggested that the pharmacological effects of ethanol extracts of Zingiber may be related to cholinergic receptors and histamine receptors.
