Mao Zedong, a great man of his time, what is his daily diet is a recipes? Four dishes and one soup for each meal: a meat dish (fresh common fish or braised pork), a half-baked half-vegetarian, two vegetarian dishes (pepper, cabbage, Radish, purslane and other vegetables common in the market), a light soup (the soup most like to do male head). Look at Mao Zedong treats, usually four dishes and one soup, he ordered a dish, please order a dish, and then with two vegetables, a soup. Mao Zedong is so frugal, I think this reflects his personal inner qualities, cultural accomplishments, as well as his years of thrift to develop life style and scientific diet. Look at Ming emperor Zhu Yuanzhang. That time on the DPRK, Zhu said: “Tomorrow is the Queen’s birthday, I am going to have a banquet in the palace.”
