文章以装载机实际作业时,各种动作的时间分配及其所需能量为依据,通过对目前普遍使用的单泵系统进行分析,设计了一种用于小型装载机的双泵液压系统,并对这两种系统在不同工况下能量的利用情况,以及对发动机和整机设计的影响进行了比较。
Based on the time allocation of the various actions and their required energy when the loader is actually working, the paper designs a single-pump hydraulic system for small loaders by analyzing the currently used single-pump system. The energy utilization of the two systems under different operating conditions and the influence of the engine and the overall design were compared.
