以往各种管壳式热交换器应用最广泛.由于能有效地应付流体流动性的大幅度变化,现在板式热交换器应用日益普遍.板式热交换器的优点是:结构紧凑、重量轻、存液量少、适应性极好、热回收率高以及传热系数大等.它不存在腐蚀问题,因为凡是可轧制的金属材质均可制成传热板,如不锈钢、钛钢以及耐腐蚀镍基合金等.选用合适的密封结构,在-25-250℃温度与2.5MPa压力范围内,上述材质有极好的抗蚀性能.
