在进行日常維修中对各型車辆所进行的分析表明,故障最多的是发生在敞車上。这一方面,由于敞車运用比较頻繁,在装卸工作中遭受的作用力也相当大,另一方面,敞車結构还存在着缺陷。在最近几年的日常維修中,货車由于底架失修而发生甩車的数量相当多。1961年在烏拉尔和西伯利亚铁路上,由于这种原因所发生的甩車次数此1957年高出1.5倍。而在同期,由于所有其它故障所发生的甩車次数仅仅高出0.6倍。
Analysis of various types of vehicles during routine maintenance shows that the most troubles occurred in the gondola. On the one hand, due to the relatively frequent use of gondola vehicles, loading and unloading work suffered considerable force, on the other hand, gondola structure is still flawed. In the course of routine maintenance in recent years, the number of cars thrown off by the undercarriage has dropped considerably. In 1961 on the Urals and the Siberian Railway, the number of cars thrown off for this reason was 1.5 times higher in 1957. In the same period, the number of cars thrown off by all other faults was only 0.6 times higher.
