高职教育近几年发展很快,但是女大学生就业难的问题已经凸显,并已成为社会关注的焦点和制约未来高职教育发展的关键。本文在问卷调查的基础上,对新形势下高职院校女大学生求职择业中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并针对女性就业“隐形歧视”及当前高职女大学生就业过程中目标定位、自信心、心理承受力、自主就业意识等方面的问题,提出了对策及建议。
Higher vocational education has developed rapidly in recent years, but the problem of female college students’ employment has become more prominent. It has become the focus of society and the key to restrain the development of higher vocational education in the future. On the basis of the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the existing problems of job hunting of female college students in higher vocational colleges under the new situation. In view of the “invisible discrimination” of female employment and the current employment orientation of female college graduates, Heart, psychological endurance, self-employment awareness and other issues, put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
