征兵工作是人武系统年度工作中的重中之重。今冬征兵是国家实行新兵体检《标准》和《办法》的第一年,又是军区征接新兵办法改革的第一年,这项工作是部队体制编制调整改革的一项具体步骤和内容。各单位主动适应新情况,解决新问题,把好军队质量建设的第一道关口,随着体检、政审工作的结束,一大批上世纪80年代中期出生的青年将陆续走进正在致力于现代化建设的人民军队序列。
Recruitment is the most important part of the annual work of the People’s Military Weapons System. This winter’s conscription of troops is the first year in which the country implements the “standards” and “measures” for the medical examination of new recruits. It is also the first year in which the military region reclaims the reform of recruiting methods. This work is a concrete step and content of the readjustment and reform of the armed forces system. All units took the initiative to adapt to the new situation and solve new problems, and made the first pass on the construction of the army’s quality. With the end of the medical examination and political adjudication work, a large number of young people born in the mid-1980s will gradually move into the new stage of being committed to modernization People’s Army sequence.
