我校从1990年起,开展了以“快乐教育”为主题的学校整体改革实验。经过四年的努力,已取得了明显效益。但对下一步如何深入整体改革却感到困惑,我们带着这个问题认真学习了邓小平同志关于“教育要面向现代化,面向世界,面向未来”的指示和《中国教育改革和发展纲要》,探讨了社会主义市场经济对人才的要求;学习了外地的经验;同时总结我校前段改革的经验和问题。通过学习和总结,我们找到了问题的答案:只有紧扣素质教育,才能把整体改革深入下去。
Since 1990, our school has carried out the overall reform of the school with the theme of “Happy Education”. After four years of hard work, significant benefits have been achieved. However, we are puzzled by how to deepen the overall reform in the next step. With this question, we have conscientiously studied Comrade Deng Xiaoping's directive on “education should be oriented towards modernization, the world and the future,” and the “Outline of Education Reform and Development in China” Doctrine of market economy requirements of personnel; learning the experience of the field; at the same time, summarize the experience and problems of reform in the front section of our school. Through learning and summing up, we found the answer to the question: Only by focusing on quality education can the overall reform be further developed.
