以微米Al2O3以及纳米Ti C和Ti N为主要原料,采用N2气氛保护热压烧结工艺制备了Al2O3/Ti(C,N)复相陶瓷刀具材料。测试和分析了烧结样品的相对密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性以及硬度值。结果表明,当微米Al2O3添加量为67 wt%,纳米Ti C添加量为15 wt%,纳米Ti N添加量为15 wt%时,所制备的Al2O3/Ti(C,N)复相陶瓷刀具材料性能最佳,相对密度值为99.7%,弯曲强度为756 MPa,断裂韧性为6.15 MPa·m1/2,硬度值为39.38 GPa。纳米Ti C以及Ti N通过钉轧作用增韧基体材料。
Al2O3 / Ti (C, N) composite ceramic tool materials were prepared by using Al2O3 and TiC and TiN as the main raw materials. The relative density, flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness of the sintered samples were tested and analyzed. The results show that the Al2O3 / Ti (C, N) composite ceramic tool material prepared when the amount of micro-Al2O3 is 67 wt%, the amount of nano-Ti C is 15 wt% and the amount of nano-Ti N is 15 wt% The performance is the best, the relative density is 99.7%, the flexural strength is 756 MPa, the fracture toughness is 6.15 MPa · m1 / 2 and the hardness is 39.38 GPa. Nano-Ti C and Ti N toughen the matrix material by pinning.
