目的了解武警女性新兵入伍后的月经情况,为制定相应的防治措施提供有效参考数据。方法采用自制问卷调查某地区新入警的女大学生115人,观察女学员训练前后的月经变化情况。结果女兵入伍后4个月后,月经异常发生率为87%,其中月经周期异常最多(80%),经量改变为其次,主要发生在入伍后1个月内;精神紧张、疲劳及适应能力差者月经异常发生率高。结论女兵入伍后,月经异常发生率明显增高,其原因除受环境及生活习惯改变等影响外,精神紧张、心理压力及体能消耗是本组女兵月经异常的主要因素。
Objective To understand the menstrual situation of armed police recruits after entering the armed forces and to provide effective reference data for formulating the corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 115 female college students recruited into the police in a certain area were surveyed by self-made questionnaire to observe the changes of menstruation before and after training. Results After 4 months of military service, the incidence of abnormal menstruation was 87%, of which the abnormal menstrual cycle was the most (80%), followed by the change of the amount of menstruation, which occurred mainly within 1 month after enrollment; mental stress, fatigue and adaptation Poor ability to have a high incidence of menstrual abnormalities. Conclusion Female soldiers joined the army, the incidence of menstrual abnormalities increased significantly, in addition to the reasons due to environmental and lifestyle changes, mental stress, psychological stress and physical exertion are the main factors in this group of women soldiers menstrual abnormalities.
