为了观察植物神经对窦房结电生理学参数的影响,用阿托品2mg 和心得安5mg 相继缓慢静注阻滞植物神经,分别于药物阻滞前后,对90人(包括正常对照组17例,窦缓组29例及病窦患者组44例作了非创伤性电生理学检查(食道心房调搏)。并在动物实验中观察了刺激右侧迷走神经对家兔窦房结电生理参数的影响。结果如下:阻滞后三组的心率均增快,增加的幅度相仿,分别为25、29和25次/分,支持成人安静状态下以迷走神经兴奋性占优势的推测。阻滞后三组的窦房结恢复时间(SNRT)均显著缩短(P<0.05)。与国外的观察“在
