十二烷基硫酸钠（ＳＤＳ）对扑尔敏具有荧光增强作用，增强幅度与介质的ｐＨ值和ＳＤＳ浓度有关。在酸性条件下（ｐＨ＝１．０）可使扑尔敏的荧光强度达最大。另外，β－环糊精（β－ＣＤ）对非洛地平和盐酸普鲁卡因均具有一定的荧光增强作用。本文对这种荧光增强作用进行了初步探讨。
Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) has a fluorescence enhancement effect on chlorpheniramine, which is related to the pH value of the medium and the concentration of SDS. Under acidic conditions (pH = 1.0) chlorpheniramine fluorescence intensity can be maximized. In addition, β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) on felodipine and procaine hydrochloride have a certain fluorescence enhancement. In this paper, this fluorescence enhancement was discussed.
