杭州航区第13次节油经验交流表彰会议于1991年1月29～30日在淳安县召开.在两天的会议中,各地代表交流了经验,达到了取长补短、互助学习、共同提高的目的. 经过大会总结评比,评选出杭州航区1990年节油先进单位4个:萧山市航运公司、淳安航运公司、余杭航运公司;表扬单位2个杭州航运公司、杭州市轮渡公司.还评选出节能单项奖4个、先进集体24个.
The commendation meeting for the 13th fuel-efficient experience exchange in Hangzhou Navigation Zone was held in Chunan County from January 29th to 30th, 1991. During the two-day conference, local representatives exchanged experiences and achieved learning from each other, mutual learning, and mutual improvement. Objectives.
