棚户区改造是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要组成部分,关注最广大群众的利益。在棚户区改造项目规划设计的过程中因其政策性强,覆盖面广,任务艰巨,涉及社会各个方面和最基层群众而且还还综合了经济、社会和群众问题,所以一直是城市规划设计中较难均衡的规划设计部分。本文通过综合分析多年来的棚户区改造规划案例,以个案为突破口对棚户区改造项目规划设计的发展前景进行简单分析。
The reconstruction of shantytowns is an important part of the construction of a harmonious socialist society and pays attention to the interests of the overwhelming majority of the people.
