患者男53岁右耳下肿胀,伴痒约20年。右眼睑肿物5年,1982月3日23日初诊。曾在当地医院取活检,诊断为“嗜酸性细胞增生淋巴肉芽肿”,用抗癌药物治疗未见效,转来我院。双眼视力均为0.5,Jr.3。右眼上下睑肿胀,在上睑外上方可触及3×3.5cm肿物,下睑肿物5×4cm,与皮肤无粘连。眼球向上外突出,可以向上活动,其他方向活动受限。两眼前节及眼底未见异常。眼球突

Had taken a biopsy at a local hospital, diagnosed as “eosinophilic lymphogranuloma”, with anti-cancer drug treatment did not work, transferred to our hospital. Binocular vision were 0.5, Jr.3. The right eye upper and lower lid swelling, palpable above the upper eyelid 3 × 3.5cm tumor, lower eyelid tumor 5 × 4cm, no adhesion with the skin.
