目的:分析和探讨细节管理在消毒供应中心护理管理中的应用效果。方法:医院从2013年1月开始尝试在消毒供应中心护理管理中引入细节管理,为了评价应用效果,于应用细节管理前后分别抽取90名与80名其它科室的医务人员、9名与10名消毒供应中心的护理人员进行调查分析。结果:应用细节管理前,医务人员对消毒供应中心护理工作的满意度为83.33%,应用后提升至93.75%,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。应用细节管理前,消毒供应中心护理人员的全问题识别能力、差错防范意识、服务意识等评分显著低于应用后(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理应用于消毒供应中心的护理管理中,可显著提升其它科室医务人员对消毒供应中心护理工作的满意度,也能显著消毒供应中心护理人员的护理质量。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the application of detail management in nursing management of disinfection supply center. METHODS: From January 2013, the hospital began to try to introduce the detail management in the nursing management of disinfection supply center. In order to evaluate the application effect, 90 and 80 medical staff of other departments were drawn before and after application details management, and 9 and 10 disinfection Supply center nurses conduct investigation and analysis. Results: Before the application of detail management, the satisfaction rate of medical staff to nursing work in disinfection supply center was 83.33%, and it increased to 93.75% after application, showing significant difference (P <0.05). Before the application of detail management, the nursing staff in disinfection supply center had significantly lower scores of full problem recognition ability, error prevention awareness and service awareness after application (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of detail management in the nursing management of disinfection supply center can significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing staff in other departments and the disinfection supply center, as well as significantly disinfect the quality of nursing staff in the supply center.
