随着互联网的迅速发展以及大数据时代的到来,企业开始讲利用大数据进行人力资源管理的工作,进而处理庞大的人力资源信息,从现阶段的发展来看一直处于一个上涨的趋势。但是在发展的过程中也面临着巨大的困难和机遇,这就需要企业人力资源管理工作不断地进行创新。本文主要分析了大数据时代企业人力资源管理所存在的问题,并阐述了关于大数据时代企业人力资源管理创新的重要性,进而提出对其进行创新的具体措施。
With the rapid development of the Internet and the advent of the era of big data, companies are beginning to talk about the use of big data for human resources management, and then to deal with huge human resources information. From the current stage of development, they have been on a rising trend. However, in the process of development is also facing tremendous difficulties and opportunities, which requires continuous innovation of enterprise human resources management. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in the era of big data and expounds the importance of innovation of human resource management in the era of big data, and then puts forward some concrete measures to innovate it.
