目前,在工程兵机械分队的装备中,挖掘、起重机械约占1/3左右,主要是W_4-60挖掘机。据对工程兵部队及我校配属的机械连的调查表明,几乎所有的挖掘机在连续工作1~2年后,工作装置均有不同程度的损坏,其中常见的是铲斗与斗杆连接销轴中部沿横截面折断。为此,我们对其进行了以下几个方面的分析和强度校核。首先,根据残件确定了销轴的材料为45碳钢,经调质及表面热处理,由《机械工程材料手册》查明其材料各项机械性能指标为:σ_b≈64kN/cm~2,σ_s≈35kN/cm~2,σ_(-1)=30kN/cm~2,τ_(-1)≈15kN/cm~2。
At present, in the equipment of the engineering and military unit, excavation and hoisting machinery account for about 1/3, mainly W_4-60 excavators. According to surveys conducted by the engineering unit and the attached company’s mechanical company, almost all excavators have been damaged in various degrees after 1 to 2 years of continuous work. Commonly, the bucket and the arm are connected to pin shafts. The middle part is broken along the cross section. To this end, we conducted the following analysis and strength checks. First of all, according to the determination of the residual parts of the pin shaft 45 carbon steel, after quenching and surface heat treatment, from the “Mechanical Engineering Materials Manual” to identify the material of the mechanical performance indicators are: σ_b ≈ 64kN/cm~2, σ_s ≈35kN/cm~2, σ_(-1)=30kN/cm~2, τ_(-1)≈15kN/cm~2.
