目的探讨树突状细胞(dendritic cells,DC)治疗核苷(酸)类和(或)干扰素经治慢性乙型肝炎降低HBs Ag、HBe Ag定量效果。方法自体血分离培养树突状细胞(DC)回输治疗核苷(酸)类和(或)干扰素经治慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)42例,并与348例对照组比较HBs Ag、HBe Ag定量变化情况。结果 DC治疗组与对照组HBs Ag下降显效率分别为28.2%、18.9%;HBe Ag定量下降显效率分别为41%和29.6%,二组HBe Ag下降显效率无显著差异(P=0.31)。结论自体DC回输可以打破部分慢性乙型肝炎患者的免疫耐受,诱导一定的免疫应答,提高乙型肝炎综合抗病毒治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of dendritic cells (DCs) on nucleoside (acid) and / or interferon in reducing HBsAg and HBeAg in chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 42 cases of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) treated with dendritic cells (DCs) and autologous blood were transplanted with nucleoside (acid) and / or interferon. HBsAg and HBe were compared with 348 controls Ag quantitative changes. Results The effective rate of HBs Ag decreased significantly in DC group and control group (28.2%, 18.9%, 41% and 29.6%, respectively). There was no significant difference in HBeAg decline between the two groups (P = 0.31). Conclusions Autologous DC transfusion can break the immune tolerance of some patients with chronic hepatitis B, induce certain immune response and improve the effect of comprehensive antiviral treatment of hepatitis B.
