“高坝坝基岩体稳定性评价及可利用岩体质量的研究(17-03-03专题)是成勘院承担的“七五”国家重点科技攻关四项专题之一,专题负责人刘克远同志。该专题共有21项子题,由包括成勘院在内的12个科研单位和大专院校参加共同完成,参加的科技人员达180多名。该项目在总结已有工程实践经验的基础上,采用系统工程学、工程地质学、损伤力学、断裂力学、粘弹塑性理论、优化设计理论、相似材料模拟技术、网络技术、概率统计分析、岩体力学测试技术、岩体稳定性分析和评价、岩体加固处理设计等科学技术原理,对我国在建的最大水电工程二滩(坝高240m)和李家峡(坝高165m)的高混凝土拱坝坝基岩体工程技术的有关重大课题进行了
