目的:考察杭白菊挥发油β-环糊精的制备工艺条件。方法:以包合物的包封率和收得率为考察指标,选择挥发油与β-环糊精的比例、包合温度、超声时间以及超声频率为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优化杭白菊挥发油包合物的工艺条件。结果:优选的包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精的用量配比1∶8,包合温度70℃,超声时间15min,超声频率50%。结论:在此条件下杭白菊挥发油包合物的收得率可达83.99%,包合率可达86.69%。此包合工艺稳定可行,优于常规方法。
Objective: To investigate the preparation of β-cyclodextrin essential oil of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Methods: The entrapment efficiency and yield of inclusion compound were taken as the index of investigation. The ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin, inclusion temperature, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic frequency were selected as the main influential factors, and L9 (34) orthogonal Test and optimize the process conditions of the volatile oil inclusion compound of Chrysanthemum morifolium. Results: The optimal combination process was the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1: 8, inclusion temperature was 70 ℃, ultrasonic time was 15 min and ultrasonic frequency was 50%. Conclusion: Under these conditions, the recovery rate of volatile oil clathrate of Chrysanthemum morifolium reaches 83.99%, and the inclusion rate can reach 86.69%. This inclusion process is stable and feasible, superior to conventional methods.
