在面向制造的设计中,设计的关键问题是机械约束的抽象、分类、描述和检测。机械约束决定了零件的可制造性。在对机械约束进行了系统分类的基础上,详细讨论了机械约束对设计的影响,提出了一种零件基于约束设计的面向对象的描述方法。
In manufacturing-oriented design, the key design issue is the abstraction, classification, description, and detection of mechanical constraints. Mechanical constraints determine the manufacturability of the part. Based on the systematic classification of mechanical constraints, the influence of mechanical constraints on the design is discussed in detail. An object-oriented description method based on constraint design is proposed.
