作为公路工程主要构成部分,路基承载能力及稳定性对其使用性能影响巨大,必须结合工程实际情况,充分掌握地质条件,选取科学施工技术。碎石注浆桩应用于公路软基施工中,桩体灌注材料能够与周边土体充分结合,待固结稳定后形成高承载力的复合地基,达到良好加固效果。为此,本文通过具体案例,主要对碎石注浆桩施工技术原理及软基施工中的施工流程、质量控制进行了分析与探究。
As a main part of highway engineering, bearing capacity and stability of roadbed have a huge impact on its performance. It is necessary to fully grasp the geological conditions and choose scientific construction technology in combination with the actual situation of the project. Gravel grouting pile used in soft ground construction, pile perfusion material can be fully integrated with the surrounding soil, to be consolidated and stabilized to form a high bearing capacity of the composite foundation, to achieve good reinforcement effect. Therefore, this article through concrete case, mainly to the gravel grouting pile construction technique principle and the soft foundation construction construction process, the quality control has carried on the analysis and the exploration.
