一、振冲器的工作原理为提高地基的强度、抗液化能力和减少其不均匀沉降,对松散的砂基需振动加密。而对软粘土地基,可在土中做碎石桩,使其形成复合地基。在这些加固技术中,振动水冲法(振冲法)是一种有效的方法,振冲器是它的主要施工机具之一。振冲器是借助于偏心块在定轴旋转时的离心力,使整个振冲器产生具有一定频率和振幅的激振力,对软弱地基进行加固处理。国内广泛应用的振冲器结构如图1所示。它由减振器、潜水电机和激振器等三部分组成。而减振器应设置在振冲器的零振幅点上,因为其位置的改
1. The working principle of the vibrator is to increase the strength of the foundation, resist liquefaction, and reduce uneven settlement. The loose sand base needs to be vibration-encrypted. For soft clay foundations, gravel piles can be made in soil to form composite foundations. Among these reinforcement technologies, vibrating water (vibration method) is an effective method, vibrator is one of its main construction equipment. The vibrator is a centrifugal force when the eccentric block rotates on a fixed axis, so that the entire vibrator generates a vibratory force with a certain frequency and amplitude, and reinforces the soft ground. The vibrator structure widely used in China is shown in Figure 1. It consists of three parts, shock absorber, submersible motor and exciter. The shock absorber should be set at the zero amplitude point of the vibrator because of its position change.
