相对于普通高等教育培养学术型人才而言,高等职业教育偏重于培养高等技术应用型人才,高职院校在大陆地区主要是专科层次,其中有五年高职和三年专科两类,高职院校以培养技术型人才为主要目标——目标是实用化,是在完全中等教育的基础上培养出一批具有大学知识的,而又有一定专业技术和技能的人才,其知识讲授是以能用为度,实用为本的。那么高职院校的专业课教师必须是具备非常强的应用专业的人才。为全面推进学院“双师”素质教师队伍的建设,优化专业教师的能力素质结构,大力推行工学结合,突出实践能力培养,体现教学过程的实践性、开放性和职业性,我所在的单位鼓励教师在寒暑假期间到企业进行顶岗实践。通过顶岗实践,我对课程教学有了新的认识和理解,以此,我写了这篇论。
