上世纪初,由于历史原因的影响,大批的俄罗斯国民迁徙到我国的东北地区,尤其是距离俄罗斯最近的黑龙江省,作为黑龙江省的省会哈尔滨,迁入的俄罗斯侨民数量最多,俄罗斯侨民的迁入对哈尔滨市文化造成了重大的冲击,尤其是俄罗斯侨民在哈尔滨市开设的大量的音乐学校,举办的音乐会,对哈尔滨的音乐文化造成了重大的影响。因此,本文就俄罗斯侨民对哈尔滨音乐的影响进行了系统的分析和研究,从俄罗斯侨民迁入哈尔滨的历史背景出发,讨论近一个世纪的影响之后的哈尔滨音乐现状。
