大多数多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者的正常免疫球蛋白合成受抑,其机理尚不明确。本文作者对一些调节B细胞增殖的细胞因子(Cytokinc)活性与MM患者正常免疫球蛋白(Ig)合成受抑的关系进行了研究。研究对象为28例MM和7例良性单克隆γ-球蛋白病(BMG),均为初治患者。28例MM患者的Ig合成均显著受抑,而7例BMG患者Ig合成不受抑。外周血B细胞含量测定表明:MM患者比正常人显著减少(P<0.01),而BM(i患者则正常。对患者外周血T细胞或粘附细胞体外培养时产生的细胞因子活性测定结果为:MM患者B细胞刺激因了I(BSF-1)活性(0.55±0.26U/ml)比正常人(1.03±0.21 U/ml)显著减
Normal immunoglobulin synthesis is suppressed in most patients with multiple myeloma (MM) and the mechanism is not clear. The authors studied the relationship between cytokine (Cytokinc) activity that regulates B cell proliferation and suppressed normal Ig formation in patients with MM. The subjects were 28 MM and 7 benign monoclonal γ-globulin disease (BMG), all untreated patients. Ig synthesis was significantly suppressed in 28 MM patients, whereas Ig synthesis was not suppressed in 7 BMG patients. The measurement of B cells in peripheral blood showed that the patients with MM were significantly less than normal (P <0.01), while those with BM (i) were normal.The cytokine activity of T cells or adherent cells cultured in vitro was : The B cell stimulated by MM patients was significantly reduced by I (BSF-1) activity (0.55 ± 0.26U / ml) than that of normal people (1.03 ± 0.21U / ml)
