今年作文命题在过去供材料作文的基础上向前迈进了一步。命题改变近几年来依据供材一篇成文的单一格局而为一题两作,将“写作”分为(一)、(二)两题,先就育民小学办起了游泳训练班写一篇简讯,再结合材料以理论对实践的指导意义为议论中心写一篇短文。这种命题的优点有三:第一、两题互相联系,互为补充,但侧重点不同,文体各异。这样既能考查学生综合概括的记述能力,又能考查学生分析议论的能力,较之一篇成文更能有效地测试出学生的真实水平,提高了试题的有效性。第二,题目要求明确具体,将评分标准的档次划细、划小,向标准化考试靠拢,防止
