目的:了解非甾体抗炎药不良反应发生的表现、因素及预防,以合理地应用于临床。方法:综述非甾体抗炎药的不良反应及预防方法。结果:非甾体抗炎药是一类具有很好的抗炎、止痛和解热作用的药物,临床应用很广泛,它可引起多种不良反应,严重者需要住院治疗,甚至引起死亡,但合理地应用可以避免和减少反应的发生。结论:合理选择及应用NSAIDs对降低不良反应的发生率至关重要。
Objective: To understand the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug adverse reactions of the occurrence, factors and prevention, to a reasonable application in clinical.
