目的探讨~(99m)Tc腮腺动态显像诊断干燥综合征的价值。方法对临床诊断为干燥综合征(SS)的40例患者以及29例对照组进行~(99m)Tc腮腺动态显像,以摄取值和分泌率为定量指标,利用受试者工作曲线(ROC)确定摄取值和分泌率的最佳临界点,根据ROC曲线下面积(AUC~(ROC))评价~(99m)Tc腮腺动态显像对SS的诊断价值。结果摄取值的最佳诊断值为5.5~5.7,分泌率的最佳诊断值为0.20。在最佳诊断值水平摄取值和分泌率对诊断干燥综合征有较高的敏感度(86.2%~89.7%)。摄取值的特异度较低(63.4%~65.9%),分泌率的特异度较高(82.9%~85.4%)。摄取值和分泌率AUC~(ROC)的分别为0.780/0.776及0.905/0.899,较接近1.0。结论~(99m)‰Tc腮腺动态显像对诊断干燥综合征具有较好的价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ~ (99m) Tc parotid dynamic imaging in the diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome. Methods Totally 99m Tc parotid dynamic imaging was performed in 40 patients with clinically diagnosed Sjogren’s syndrome (SS) and 29 controls. The intake and excretion rate of the parotid gland were used as quantitative indicators. The receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) According to the area under the ROC curve (AUC ~ (ROC)), the value of ~ (99m) Tc parotid dynamic imaging in the diagnosis of SS was evaluated. Results The best diagnostic value of the intake value of 5.5 to 5.7, the best diagnostic value of the secretion rate of 0.20. In the best diagnostic value of the level of intake and secretion rate of the diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome have a higher sensitivity (86.2% ~ 89.7%). The specificity of the intake value was low (63.4% -65.9%), and the specificity of the secretion rate was high (82.9% -85.4%). The values of AUC ~ (ROC) of intake and secretion were 0.780 / 0.776 and 0.905 / 0.899, respectively, which were closer to 1.0. Conclusion ~ (99m) ‰ Tc parotid dynamic imaging in the diagnosis of Sjogren’s syndrome has a good value.
