羧甲基茯苓多醣经动物实验和初步临床应用,有抗肿瘤及提高机体免疫功能的作用。为评价该药在鼻咽癌放射治疗中是否有增强效应及对免疫功能的影响,我科于1984年7月至1985年3月,进行了50例前瞻性观察和50例对照。近期临床效应观察结果报告如下。
Carboxymethyl glycosides have been used in animal experiments and preliminary clinical applications, and have anti-tumor effect and improve the immune function of the body. In order to evaluate whether the drug has enhanced effect on nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and its impact on immune function, our department conducted 50 prospective observations and 50 controls in July 1984 to March 1985. The results of the recent clinical effect observations are reported below.
