茵陈银翘汤系我院老中医吴光烈主任医师自拟治疗急性黄疸型肝炎和无黄疸型肝炎的经验方。近几年来笔者应用于临床治疗100例,取得了显著疗效,现介绍如下: 一、基本方组成及用法: 茵陈15克、银花9克、连翘12克、板兰根15克、虎杖15克、栀子9克,大黄12克(后下)、滑石15克、车前子12克、五味子6克,甘草9克。水煎服,每日一剂,一个月为一疗程。加减法:目黄、身黄、尿黄甚者加黄柏、黄芩;肝区闷痛者加玄胡、郁金;纳呆加神曲、山楂;腹胀加陈皮、莱菔
