阐述了高职大专院校的一些基本设施建设,主要通过学校的基本管理,各部门的职能工作,师资队伍,学生的思想道德,职业规划等方面作出了一些相关的建议。新时期的大专教育呈现出新的特点,也出现了新的问题,做好大专院校的基本建设工作必须树立以人为本的思想理念,把学生始终放在第一位。要培育出德、智、体全面发展的当代大专生,需要我们付出更多的努力和心血,需要我们从理念上,工作方式、方法上创新,为学生成才和今后的发展创造更好的条件和环境,最终培育出适应社会新时代需求的人才。
