目的 探讨大鼠局灶脑缺血再灌注后白细胞介素 - 6( IL - 6)水平变化与神经元损害的关系。方法将 60只 Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、假手术组、缺血再灌注组。应用线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,采用免疫组织化学方法检测大鼠脑组织 IL - 6的变化 ,用 HE染色观察神经细胞损伤与白细胞浸润情况 ,并与正常对照组及假手术组大鼠比较。结果 IL - 6在正常对照组大鼠神经元与胶质细胞仅有少量表达 ,缺血再灌注 6小时时 IL - 6表达较正常神经元稍增多但无统计学意义 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,12小时开始在梗死周围区增高 ,第 3天显著增强 ,以后逐渐下降。结论 IL - 6在缺血性脑损伤中过量表达参与了脑组织的损伤过程
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) level and neuronal damage following focal cerebral ischemia / reperfusion in rats. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, sham operation group and ischemia reperfusion group. The rat model of cerebral ischemia - reperfusion was established by thread occlusion. The changes of IL - 6 in rat brain tissue were detected by immunohistochemical method. The damage of nerve cells and the infiltration of leukocytes were observed by HE staining. Compared with the normal control group and the sham operation Group rats comparison. Results IL - 6 was only slightly expressed in neurons and glial cells in normal control group. IL - 6 expression was slightly increased at 6 hours after ischemia / reperfusion compared with normal neurons (P> 0.05) ), 12 hours began to increase in the surrounding area of infarction, significantly increased on the 3rd day, then gradually decreased. Conclusion The overexpression of IL - 6 in ischemic brain injury is involved in the process of brain injury
