财政投资评审是财政预算管理的重要组成部分。加强财政投资评审工作,有利于提高财政投资效益和防治腐败,是深化财政改革的需要。一、我市财政投资评审工作开展情况经过多年努力,河南省汝州市财政投资评审工作制度机制日益完善,服务水平日益提高,评审范围日益扩大。去年以来,市财政局投资评审中心累计完成投资评审项目538个,审减不合理资金4.1亿元,评审项目数量和送审、审定、审减资金规模及增幅均达历史最好水平。
