白平菇又叫冬蘑,是野生于朽木上的一种美味食菌。我国分布极广,它多生于杨、柳、荷、枫、榆、槭阔叶树朽木上。 人工栽培白平菇,仿其自然生态,过去多采用木墩法,但需占用木料和土地。后来,试验用木屑栽培获得成功。但以往木屑栽培法,需经高温灭菌处理后再接种,成本仍然较高。为了节约燃料,降低成本,我们对本县一种野生白平菇进行了驯化,并采用生料栽培取得良好效果。 White mushrooms, also known as winter mushrooms, is a delicious wild mushrooms on rotten wood.
