箬叶作为粽子的包装材料,其微量元素含量受到广泛关注。研究样品采摘于国内箬叶主产区浙江武义、浙江松阳、安徽黄山、福建光泽、江西宁都。样品经微波消解法、干法灰化法进行前处理,结果表明微波消解法处理样品时间短,元素干扰少,随后建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)快速检测其中18种元素(Mg、K、Ca、Mn、Cr、Na、Zn、Cu、Fe、Al、Co、Ni、As、Se、Mo、Pb、Cd、Hg)含量。结果显示不同产地的箬叶均含有较丰富的对人体有益元素,且其中有害元素含量较低,均未超过检测限值。该结果帮助我们了解国内不同产地的箬叶微量元素含量差异,有利于控制箬叶中的有害元素,对全面深入研究开发箬叶的质量评价和风味物质提供参考。
Eucalyptus leaves as a dumpling packaging materials, its trace element content has received widespread attention. The samples were collected from Wuyi, Zhejiang, Songyang, Zhejiang, Huangshan in Anhui, Guangze in Fujian and Ningdu in Jiangxi. The samples were pretreated by microwave digestion and dry ashing. The results showed that the microwave digestion method has the advantages of short processing time and little element interference, and then inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was established to rapidly detect 18 kinds of elements (Mg, K, Ca, Mn, Cr, Na, Zn, Cu, Fe, Al, Co, Ni, As, Se, Mo, Pb, Cd, Hg) The results showed that the cortex leaves in different habitats all contained abundant beneficial elements to human body, and the content of harmful elements in them was lower than the detection limit. The results help us to understand the contents of trace elements in leaves in different areas of China and control the harmful elements in the leaves. It provides a reference for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality and flavor of the leaves.
