目的:分析彩色多普勒超声在诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤方面的临床价值。方法:对500例2012年5月至2012年10月在我院进行乳腺癌筛查的妇女超声检查结果进行分析。结果:在乳腺肿块的超声诊断中,形态和边界的特征是鉴别良、恶性肿块的关键,大多数恶性肿块表现为内部回声不均、形态不规则、边界不清、回声衰减、内可伴微小钙化点的肿块,恶性肿块内部及周边血流信号多丰富。结论:彩色超声检查对乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods: The results of 500 cases of breast cancer screening in our hospital from May 2012 to October 2012 were analyzed. Results: In the ultrasonic diagnosis of breast lumps, the features of the shape and the border are the key to distinguish between benign and malignant masses. Most of the malignant masses are characterized by internal echo unevenness, irregular shape, unclear boundary, echogenic attenuation, Calcification of the lumps, malignant tumor and peripheral blood flow signal rich. Conclusion: Color ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.
