过去,头颈部复发或播散性肿瘤的化学治疗效果是令人沮丧的。不少学者报道,单种化学药物只能取得15～40％的反应率;联合化疗的反应率也只有27～74％。即使反应率升高也未能使存活率有所改善,平均的存活期仍为6个月左右。鉴于顺铂(Cisplatin)与5-FU的联合使用对于未经治疗的头颈部癌有较好的疗效,因此,本研究旨在进一步将此方案试用于头颈部复发或播散性鳞
In the past, the chemotherapy effects of recurrent or disseminated tumors of the head and neck were frustrating. Many scholars have reported that a single chemical drug can only achieve a response rate of 15 to 40%; the response rate of combination chemotherapy is only 27 to 74%. Even if the response rate increases, the survival rate is not improved, and the average survival period is still about 6 months. Given that the combination of Cisplatin and 5-FU has a good effect on untreated head and neck cancers, this study aims to further apply this regimen to recurrent or disseminated scales of the head and neck.
