目的分析高海拔地区中青年男性肥胖相关继发性性腺功能减退症(MOSH)特点及影响因素。方法纳入193例高海拔地区中青年男性肥胖者(年龄20~50岁,平均年龄42.16±7.29岁),检测体重、腰围指数和性激素、甲状腺激素、血脂、25-羟维生素D指标,分析MOSH对象的海拔和民族构成,将研究对象分为MOSH组(95例)和单纯中心性肥胖组(98例)并行比较,同时分析高海拔地区MOSH对象的患病危险因素。结果 193例肥胖男性患者中MOSH的构成比为49.22%;MOSH组TG高于单纯中心性肥胖组;MOSH组年龄
