本文介绍上海无线电十四厂生产的DIS-040四位微处理机在电镀槽内检测控制溶液pH 值中的应用。文章叙述了检测控制溶液pH 值的工作原理。从应用的角度出发,简要介绍了5G7650高阻抗低漂移运算放大器、5G14433三位半模数转换器的工作原理、性能及其在本系统中的具体应用。对系统的其它接口电路的硬件配置也作了分析和说明。文章中还给出该系统的总框图及程序流程图,并对程序设计方法作了较为详细的说明。
This article describes the application of the DIS-040 four-position microprocessor manufactured by Shanghai Radio 14 Factory to detect the pH value of the control solution in the electroplating bath. The article describes the working principle of detecting the pH value of the control solution. From the application point of view, this paper briefly introduces the working principle and performance of 5G7650 high impedance and low drift op amp and 5G14433 three and a half digital - to - analog converter and its application in this system. The hardware configuration of other interface circuits of the system is also analyzed and explained. The article also gives the system block diagram and program flow chart, and program design methods made a more detailed description.
