一、实施科技带动战略,重点抓好棉机新产品的开发 山东棉花机械公司技术开发中心于1995年被山东省人民政府认定后,对原有的技术机构作了调整,设立棉机一室,棉机二室,机械产品室、电气自动化室,计测理化室,计算机室。由公司经理、副经理,分别任技术开发中心的主任和副主任。
