目的评估威海地区中位数数据的修正对孕中期产前筛查21-三体综合征(Down syndrome,DS)、开放性神经管缺陷(open neural tube defects,NTD)和18-三体综合征(Edward syndrome)筛查效率的影响。方法分别应用内置中位数和本地中位数两组数据,使用2T-Risks软件对34 283份产前筛查数据进行风险计算,对两组结果的检出率和假阳性率进行比较分析。结果应用本地中位数计算得到的结果中,三种疾病假阳性率由4.9%降为3.8%,21-三体检出率略有提高。结论威海本地中位数能够有效提高产前筛查的效率。
Objective To evaluate the correction of median data in Weihai for the detection of Down syndrome (DS), open neural tube defects (NTD) and 18-trisomy syndrome (Edward syndrome) screening efficiency. Methods Two sets of data of median and local median were respectively used to calculate the risk of 34 283 prenatal screening data using 2T-Risks software. The detection rate and false positive rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The results of local median calculation showed that the false positive rates of three diseases decreased from 4.9% to 3.8%, and the detection rate of 21-trisomy increased slightly. Conclusions Weihai local median can effectively improve the efficiency of prenatal screening.
